Why pilgrims choose us

Four reasons this is different

Never feel lost or unsure

Your guide is beside you the whole way, quietly showing you what to do and when — you simply follow your heart.

Arrive calm, not stressed

A private, air-conditioned car collects you and brings you back to your hotel. No crowds to fight, no getting lost.

Do it right — the first time

Gentle, clear guidance means you avoid the common mistakes, so your Umrah is complete and done with confidence.

Faithful to tradition, in every detail

Your guide is trained by scholars, so each moment follows authentic practice — and you're free to focus entirely on your worship.

Our guide corrected small things I didn't even know I was doing wrong during Tawaf — I left feeling confident our Umrah was done properly.

Everything about this experience

Give your heart to the prayer, not the logisticsWhat to expect, in full

Perform your Umrah with complete peace of mind, accompanied at every step by a private Hi Hijaz Verified guide dedicated to making sure your rituals are both authentic and complete. From pick-up at your hotel, your guide stays with you through each stage — completing your Miqat if this hasn't already been done, entering the Haram, performing Tawaf around the Kaaba, Sa'i between Safa and Marwah, and the Halq or Taqsir that completes your Umrah. Every ritual is carried out according to authentic Prophetic tradition, verified by students of Islamic universities, with clear guidance at each stage on the common mistakes to avoid, so nothing is left to guesswork. More than a simple transfer to the Haram, this is genuine, hands-on support from someone who understands both the spiritual weight of what you're doing and the practical realities of performing it correctly amid the crowds. Ideal for those who want real reassurance and guidance throughout their Umrah, from Ihram to completion, rather than figuring it out alone.

Very knowledgeable guide who explained everything clearly even during busy hours. Would have liked an earlier pickup to beat the crowds, but overall a great experience.

Having someone walk us through Miqat, Tawaf, and Sa'i step by step took away all the stress. Exactly the reassurance we needed for our first Umrah.

Questions pilgrims ask

Good to know before you book

What to bring & good to know
  • · Men should bring or purchase Ihram garments (two unstitched white cloths) in advance (or it's available for sale at the Miqat point); women should wear loose, modest clothing that covers everything except the face and hands, without gloves or a face-covering, for the duration of Ihram. Comfortable sandals are recommended, since footwear is removed for Tawaf and Sa'i, and there is substantial walking involved — bring a water bottle and expect to stay hydrated throughout. Your guide will explain the full conditions of Ihram before you begin, so nothing is left unclear.
Restrictions & accessibility
Tawaf and Sa'i involve significant walking — roughly 3-4 km combined — often amid large crowds, especially during Ramadan and peak Umrah season. Wheelchair-accessible routes and rental services are available at the Haram; please let us know in advance if you or a member of your group requires this so we can plan accordingly.
Payment & cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour, full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable. Booking requires at least 24 hours' notice. Secure payment by card or major digital wallets.
